Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to provide quarterly Kosher food deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution in Ashland, KY. This is a firm-fixed-price contract, and the government may make single or multiple awards. The first delivery cannot be accepted before April 1, 2026. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer for orders over $15,000 or via a Government Purchase Card for amounts of $15,000 or less. A letter of kosher certification must be included with any quote.
