Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly certified Halal meal deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution in Ashland, Kentucky. The performance period for deliveries is from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. The contract is firm-fixed price, and payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or a Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000 or less. Offers will be evaluated with price rated higher than past performance, and the government may make single or multiple awards. A letter of Halal certification must be included with the bid.
