This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333914. Installation will start on or before April 4, 2022. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 Policy requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Information can be obtained at http://www.sam.gov/. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. It is anticipated from time of award to completion of the project, a performance period of 30 calendar days is required. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
