The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson, West Virginia, is seeking quotes for solicitation 15B10122Q00000006 for the bread requirements for Third Quarter FY22. Deliveries will commence on April 4th, 2022, on a weekly basis, and are to be completed by June 30th, 2022. The solicitation is to be awarded for the entire quarter's requirements, upon which staff will call the vendor the week prior, for the following week's delivery quantities. The solicitation will be made available on or about March 9th, 2022, and will be distributed solely through SAM.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Quotes are due NLT Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Winning quoters will be notified via their contact information provided on the RFQ packets. All freight must be FOB Destination. All pricing must be good for 30 days beyond anticipated award date. Bidders should indicate a bid price and write-in case count if requested. Bidders shall indicate "NB" or "No Bid" for items they do not wish to be considered for. Unless the Government indicates otherwise within a particular line item description, each Bidder shall include in their RFQ Response, individual pricing for each line item(s) they are able to provide in order to be considered for award (i.e., Do not use the "included in another line item" function when pricing each line item.) Failure to comply with this term may results in the Bid being determined to be unacceptable. For Exact Match Only Commodity Buys - No Substitutions, EXACT MATCH ONLY. The Bidder may not substitute any item listed on the order without prior written approval from the BOP Contracting Officer. No other individual is authorized, either verbally or in writing, to change part numbers, manufacturer, quantity, delivery dates, or any other specificiations of this Buy. Items that do not conform to descriptions found in this Buy will be rejected at the time of delivery, causing a return at the contractor's expense. For Other than Exact Match Sales - Bidders MUST document what they are bidding for evaluation, including extended specifications and packaging counts. Failure to do this may result in non-consideration of the Bid. All Bids must conform to the listed specifications or the Statement of Work. Deliveries which arrive after 2:00 p.m. may be rejected if Warehouse staff do not believe there is adequate time to ferry all pallets in sufficient time. No partial deliveries are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. Orders confirmed as won/awarded to a vendor shall be filled within 2 weeks of confirmation, or will be canceled if there is doubt as to whether or not items won will be available in time for prompt shipment to the facility. *NOTE: Items which are late, missing, and not to specification will be noted, and future award probabilty may be jeapordized. Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested when submitting your quote. The award date will be approximately March 29, 2022, with offers due by March 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM EST. This solicitation is not set aside, due to the lack of offers received for this type of requirement. This solicitation is FOB Destination, under NAICS code 311811. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the best overall value to the Government in regards to price, delivery and past performance.
