The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV, intends to issue Request for Quotation, 15B1012200000006 for subsistence, for the provision of supplying offers for the requirements of various food items for the Second Quarter FY 2022. Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested when submitting your quote. The award date will be approximately December 27, 2021, with offers due by December 20, 2021, at 2:00 PM EST. Offers will only be accepted via Unison Global, at www.unisonglobal.com. The required delivery date will be from January 1, 2022, through January 21, 2022. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business with FOB Destination, under NAICS code 311991. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the best overall value to the Government in regards to price, delivery and past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or around December 7, 2021, and will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management webiste at www.sam.gov, and Unison Global at www.unisonglobal.com. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The websites provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through these websites. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or the Government Purchase Card.
