The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia, intends to make a single award for the provision of medical stretchers that meet or exceed the specifications of Stryker brand stretchers, Power Pro XT model. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a Stryker brand medical stretcher that meets or exceeds the specifications attached. This award will be FOB Destination. This solicitation will be available on or about August 18, 2021, and will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management website at www.Sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must register on the System for Award Management at www.Sam.gov. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is August 24, 2021, 2:00 P.M., EST, however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to the solicitation (1449- Block #08) for the actual date and time quotations are due. The North American Industry Classifciation System code for this solicitation is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 Employees. This solicitation has no set-aside. All responsible contractors may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award is August 27, 2021, with the same effective date.
