The government may make single or multiple awards based on price and past performance, and offerors must submit a valid Kosher Certification with their bid. Deliveries are scheduled to begin October 1, 2026, and will not be accepted before that date. Offerors must have an active SAM registration with completed representations and certifications, and payments will be processed via EFT for orders over $15,000 or by government purchase card for awards of $15,000 or less.
