Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires a contractor to provide retirement awards, plaques, portfolios, and accessories. The specific period of performance and other details are contained in the attached Statement of Work. This procurement is set aside for small businesses and will use a Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) method for award. All offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quotation submission. Quotes must be good for 30 calendar days after the RFQ closes.
