This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for ATF SRT Canine Trainers and Canines to acquire the short-term services for 12 months, that the contractor will deliver the required services to ATF SRT Canine Program. The SRT Canine Program is unique and highly specialized, and the instructors must meet very specific requirements to properly do this highly skilled job. Prior experience with a SRT Canine Program, preferably ATF SRT, is required to provide the same methodical training which is currently instilled within ATF. This requirement includes instructors no less thena three (3) each having extensive knowledge in the selection and training of a tactical Canine, which must include prior Police SWAT/ATF SRT canine handler/trainer experience. Also Canines up to a possible four (4) each will be procured with the same solicitation and eventual contract. Amendment #1 is hereby issued to correct Section L and M under Technical approach to state Technical Approach MUST address all aspects within Attachment A SOW Paragraph 4.1 thru 4.1.22 and 5.1 thru 5.2, NOTE paragraph 14.1 thru 14.22 is incorrect from the original solicitation posting. See corrected Section L page 11 of 15 and Section M page 13 of 15. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Amendment #2 is here by issued to provide all Questions and Answers as required by the soliciation, see attached Amendment #2 Questions and Answers Solicitation. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
