Pre-Solicitation Notice – 15A00025R00000065 The objective of this contract is to provide labor for onsite personnel support for the test execution phase, and for custom pre-test fabrication for the SQRL IV Test Structures. The place of performance will be at ATF’s McKinley Delta Range, Blast House; located at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL 35898. Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; Invitations – September 4th, 2025 Site Visit – September 9th, 2015 Opening Bids – September 12th, 2025 Completing Contract Performance – September 29th, 2026 Plans will be included in the solicitation without charge. Invitation for bids shall be submitted on September 11th, 2025. The award is restricted to Small Business Set Aside. Offerors submit bids at their own expense. Invitations will be posted through SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 5.204. The purpose of this admendment is to change the presolicitation number to 15A00025B0000113 whic is uploaded to SAM.gov under 15A00025B00000113.
