The government intends to procure support services for preventative maintenance and repair services for equipment located at ATF facilities in the Huntsville Alabama area. Perform recommended manufacturer maintenance on the following equipments (Ref. SOW): Icemakers- Perform two (2) preventative maintenance services annually per unit to include cleaning/sanitizing of the units, inspection of all components, minor sensor adjustments/calibration and descaling of any calcium build up on components. Technician must test and verify units are fully operational upon service completion. Emergency Power Generators- Perform manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance to include all require service visits, testing, inspections, filter replacement, fluid replacement and/or refill and provide service reports on recommended future repairs or replacement components. Uninterrupted Power Supply (Building supply)- Perform all manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance to include testing and inspection, filter replacement and service reports on recommended future component repair or replacements. Supplemental air systems- Provide all recommended manufacturer preventative maintenance to include inspections and testing, cleaning of all system components, filter replacement and service reports on recommended future component repair or replacements.
