Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Offerors with an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) need not respond until three to five months before their BOA expires. Interested parties must read all attachments and follow the instructions in the most recent amendment to properly submit questions and a complete quotation package. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
