The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a need to obtain investigative support services from qualified personnel to complete tasks associated with the personnel security program. ATF intends to award up to 15 Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) to conduct security investigations and personal background check services for the Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations (OPRSO), Personnel Security Division (PSD). By acceptance of the agreement, each contractor agrees to abide by all standards, policies and procedures set forth in all of PSD’s standard operating procedures and all subsequent Personnel Investigative Notices, Personnel Investigative Policies and/or other correspondence provided by the PSD.
