See the Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications and drawings additional descriptions. Amendment A0001 includes/provides the following changes to the solicitation: a) The final proposal is due date of March 07, 2024, at 1:00 PM ET, is extended to March 08, 2024, at 1:00 PM ET, or sooner and emailed to the Contracting Officer at catalin.parfenti@atf.gov. THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE/TIME TO: 03/08/2024 - 01:00 ET US/Eastern b) Provide ATF response to Requests for Information (RFI) questions. 1) Is the contractor supposed to trash the systems furniture, or just remove the furniture from the workspace and store elsewhere within the facility? ATF Response: Removed furniture will be moved and stored within the ATF HQ facility. 2) Provide a specification on the existing direct/indirect pendant lights. ATF Response: Current lights used include: 6' PENDANT - PMXO P/N 65L-P-ID-LPA-4-SGL-C1-40K-ID055-PMX 0-1C+ 4' PENDANT - 4' P/N 65L-P-ID-LPA-4-SGL-C1-40K-ID075-D10-1C+ 3) Does the new door frame just need to be a knock down hollow metal frame as indicated in the drawings, or does it need to be a specialty welded frame with clerestory glass and louvers to match the door frame directly across from this new office door? ATF Response: Frame needs to match the door directly across from the new office with clerestory glass and louvers to allow for air flow. See attachement 15A00024R00000031 - A0001 for pictures. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
