Provide clarifying response to questions 6 as follows: ATF CLIN 0002 | CLIN 1001 | CLIN 2001 | CLIN 3001 | CLIN 4001 States: GPS Cellular Vehicle Tracker Kit, Integrated Supplies & Services (Mobile Wireless & User Interface): Contractor kit for each new device must have all components required to make the kit/device fully operational in accordance with the contractor’s proposal and Statement of Work. The device must be capable of being operational on a slap and go (built in magnetic mounts allowing operator to quickly affix the tracker to a metal surface) for short-term installation and allows users to quickly install the device on a vehicle. Contractor must provide complete kit with device and any additional features required for full operation, i.e. user interface/cellular service with each newly purchased device. User interface, mobile/cellular service and hardware requirements are incorporated into ATF CLIN 0002 | CLIN 1001 | CLIN 2001 | CLIN 3001 | CLIN 4001 of the Solicitation Document ATF F 1449. The purpose of this solicitation amendment 04 is as follows: 1.To facilitate a smooth and efficient process, we seek clarification on the requirement mentioned in the solicitation: "Contractor must provide at the time of proposal submission, one (1) each kit of the tracker hardware the company is proposing, plus provide the Government access to their associated interfaces and cellular airtime for testing purposes." Specifically, we would like to confirm whether we should send our provided GPS Tracker upon proposal submission or bring it with us on the testing day, as indicated in the solicitation: "Each Contractor may bring additional trackers of the same make/model as submitted in its proposal on testing day(s) as backups." Your clarification on this matter would be highly appreciated. Contractor(s) are not required to submit the company’s proposed GPS tracker with the proposal submission. The Government will provide written notice to Contractor(s) if/when proposed GPS tracker(s) must be submitted. 2.Could you provide more clarification on the attached Past and Present Performance Survey. Can you let me know if this document is a requirement for this solicitation referenced above and if it needs to be sent out for completion prior to the solicitation deadline?
