This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Use of Force Instructor Training for Media and Community Stakeholders. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Use of Force Instructor Training for Media and Community Stakeholders under services NAICS code 611430. Proposal must be received by Contracting Officer, Jim Huff, via e-mail at James.Huff@atf.gov no later than Tuesday, August 1st, 3:00 PM EST. The estimated total Use of Force Instructor Training for Media and Community Stakeholders is NTE 250,000 over the life of the contract. Amendment #1 is hereby issued to add ATF 50 within the solicitation and to provide both Attachment A QASP for Use of Force (Instructor) and Attachment B ATF-50 15A00023R00000072 as mentioned within the solicitation. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
