Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Polygraph Examiners under services NAICS code 561611 Investigation Services. Proposal must be received by Contracting Officer, Jim Huff, via e-mail at James.Huff@atf.gov no later than Friday, June 9th, 1:00 PM EST. The estimated total Polygraph Exams is NTE 12,500 exams over the life of the contract. 15A00023R00000061 Amendment #1 is hereby issued to remove the following language: Page 68 of 72 Section L Paragraph 4 (Remove following language) The Offerors shall propose vehicle rental rates for all required vehicle classes. Page 68 of 72 Section L Paragraph 6 (Remove following language) No additional cost shall be required for vehicle rental over the proposed unit cost, with the exception of State and Local Government taxes and fees for which the Federal Government is not exempt. Amendment #3 is here by issued to provide a correction to the Size Standards for the North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) 561611 Investigation and Personal Background Check Services. The amount is $25 Million and not $22 Million as stated in the Original Solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment #4 is hereby issued to add the new require Federal Acquisition Requisition (FAR) clause that was just implemented by the FAR. The FAR Clause is 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application as of June 2023, see Section I. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
