AMENDMENT 0001: Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to: 1) Correct the closing date from: 09/28/2023 a t11:00 am, ET to 09/29/2023 at 11:00 am, ET. 2) Respond to questions received in regards to Solicitaiton 15A00023Q00000141 (See "Att. 4_Bidder's Questions"). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 15A00023Q00000141 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. This requirement is for industrial-level cleaning at the NDB Facility in Martinsburg, WV. Please see "SF1449_15A00023Q00000141" for full description of requirement. Vendors SHALL be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) system (www.SAM.gov) at the time of quotation submission, pursuant to FAR 52.204-7. In accordance with the Section 4.2, Evaluation Criteria, ATF will award to teh responsible and responsive vendor using lowest-price, technically-acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. The quote shall be submitted as a firm fixed price. The selected vendor must comply with the following FAR commercial provisions and clauses, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the additional clauses in paragraph (b) identified in "SF1449-15A00023Q00000141". Additional ATF local and FAR clauses and provisions may be included in the award. ATF local and FAR clauses and provisions currently incorporated are included as an attachment to this solicitation. Additionally, provisions that require fill-ins for this solicitation are included on the attachment in Section 4.1, Quotation Instructions. The vendor shall return these fill-ins with their solicitation response or confirm responses on SAM.gov registration. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Steven Jaimes at Steven.Jaimes@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation, 15A00023Q00000141. All questions shall be received by 1700 EST, September 28, 2023. All quotes shall be submitted via email to Steven.Jaimes@atf.gov. All quotes shall be received by the solicitation response date. Quotes received after the stated time may not be accepted.
