ATF also anticipates [competing] such [among] 8(a) firms via the Open Market based on market research conducted, including that of contractors' offerings under the General Services Administration's Multiple Award Schedule/Category 561110. This Pre-Solicitation Notice does not require a response (thus, no response date); rather, it allows 8(a) firms time to review the DRAFT statement of work (attached) in preparation to meet the one- (1-) to two- (2-) week, response time of said release.
