The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Office of Science and Technology (OST), National Firearms Examiner Academy (NFEA) is issuing a solicitation for Contracted Forensic Firearm Instructors, with the intent to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with fixed daily rates. Contractors may bid on one or more of the CLINs (contract line item numbers). A separate proposal should be submitted for each CLIN being applied for.
