This is a combine synopsis/solicitation to conduct a two-day, off-site seminar for its Headquarters-based SES team of approximately thirty-five (35) personnel. The seminar should focus on strategic leadership, change management, performance management, teamwork/team building, effective communication, and ethics, and be tailored to executives who lead a federal law enforcement and regulatory agency. Amendment #1 is here by issued to change the Statement of Objectives for the tentative seminar date See Section 4 Page 3 4.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Remove language: The period of performance for the seminar can be any consecutive two-day period (preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) between October 25-29, 2021. Replace language to state: The period of performance for the seminar can be any consecutive two-day period back-to-back (Weekdays only) between December 1-14, 2021. All proposals are still due 10/07/2021 at 3:00 PM. All other terms and condiitons will remain the same. Amendment #2 is to cancel this solicitation in it's entirety effective immediately
