This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07_03, and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is 15A00021R00000049. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541940, with a small business size standard of $7,500,000. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The period of performance will be NTE 60 months from date of award.
