ATF National Canine Division (NCD) has a requirement to obtain Contractors to provide Labrador retrievers to be trained for the detection canine programs. These retrievers will be trained by ATF as detection canines for one (1) of three (3) accredited canine programs and will be assigned to ATF Special Agent Canine Handlers, State, Local or other Federal Law Enforcement agencies. The three (3) programs are Accelerant Detection Canine program, Explosive Detection Canine program, and the Search Enhanced Evidence K-9 (S.E.E.K.) program.
