Therefore, ATF will continue to accept proposals through December 31, 2021. However in order to facilitate obtaining instructors for the 2022 calendar year the initial proposals should be sent via e-mail to Ms. Julie Truong, at Julie.Truong@atf.gov no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on December 31, 2021. First cut off date is 1/28/2021 and every month thereafter. 1/7/2021 Forensic Firearms Training Instructor Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
