The contractor must have the capability to adapt to the ever evolving mission of ATF and continuous growth of NIBIN program. The contractor must be able to provide the following: •Adequate staffing and resources to ensure the successful operation of the NIBIN National Correlation Training Center (NNCTC). •Adequate staffing and resources to support ATF HQ and the ATF NIBIN Labs. •Adequate staffing and resources to support FOD’s CGIC requirements. This requirement is set aside as an 8(a) competitive requirement. The Period of Performance is to consist of a base year and four (4), one (1) year option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 518210 – Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard in accordance with https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the public of the ATF’s Firearms Operations Division (FOD), and the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) Program's intent to solicit and negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price, Performance Based Contract for the purpose of obtaining contractor technical and operational support. This includes the nationwide support for NIBIN across the functional areas: Correlation Center Support at the NIBIN National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC), Training Center Support - NNCTC, Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) Field Support, NIBIN Laboratory Support, Administrative Support (other than NNCTC), and Program Management. The main objective of this requirement is to provide competent Technical and Operational Support Services. The Contractor must have the capability to adapt to the ever evolving mission of ATF, and continuous growth of NIBIN program.
