The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 31 August 2023 at 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. See attached SF 1449. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government and provides the best value. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation.
