The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) is seeking a FIPS-compliant and FEDRAMP-certified replacement software for QuickBooks, an accounting platform used by hundreds of employees across the FBI for case accounting and forensic accounting. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contract Specialist January 5, 2024 at noon (12:00pm) eastern standard time (EST). Questions will be formatted with subject line identifying the RFI Title. Responses regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contract Specialist January 19, 2024 at noon (12:00pm) EST. Please limit responses to 30 pages. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the sam.gov posting by amendment to this RFI; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.
