After reviewing the solicitation, we have determined that we must re-assess our requirements. We are, therefore, stating notice that the Government is cancelling this solicitation for Target Vehicles effective immediately. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit all Prospective Offerors for the purpose of entering a contract to provide 3 shipments of 25 target vehicles to be delivered prior to Hazardous Devices School (HDS) courses beginning and removed after (HDS) courses are completed. Please see attachments for instructions. Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Answer offeror questions by attaching the 'Interchange Form with Government Answers' document. All other terms and conditions remain unaltered.
