The FBI requires an automated hole punch machine, brand name or equal to ACCO Brands EQP AP2 Ultra Punch Machine. The minimum specifications required are: Punch 40,000 or more sheets per hour Handle sheet sizes ranging from 5.5" x 5.5" to 11.75" x 12" Continuous load and unload Punch a variety of paper stocks to include 16 pound bond to 110 pound index Punch a mix of stocks without requiring a changeover Die sets changes are tool-free Die set pins remove quickly and easily to support different paper sizes Ability to utilize various die sets Any USA-made or TAA-compliant product able to meet these specifications will be considered. Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable. A single hole punch machine and die sets in round and oval shapes are required. All applicable shipping fees to Clarskburg, WV shall be included on the quote.
