HUD is conducting market research via a sources-sought/RFI to identify vendors capable of providing a structured, instructor-led virtual training program on FHA Section 223(f) multifamily mortgage underwriting, technical review, loan processing, and related program activities for HUD staff. The contractor would deliver training materials, live virtual instruction, applied exercises and case studies, participant engagement methods, assessments, completion documentation, and coordination with the Government on schedule and administration. Training must align with applicable HUD guidance, including the current MAP Guide and approved HUD forms, and may use commercial, customized, or combined materials without requiring proprietary certifications unless approved.
