HUD is conducting market research via a sources sought/RFI to identify contractors capable of providing structured, instructor-led virtual training on FHA Section 223(f) multifamily mortgage underwriting, technical review, loan processing, and related program activities. The contractor would develop and provide training materials, deliver live virtual instruction, and incorporate practical exercises, case studies, assessments, and completion documentation, with content aligned to the MAP Guide and applicable HUD/FHA requirements. The anticipated training program is approximately six months (January–June), with about one live virtual session per week lasting approximately two hours, and the final schedule will be coordinated with and approved by the Government after award. This is a market research RFI with ROM and capability statement for planning purposes, not a solicitation, and responses may influence whether the requirement is set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
