This is a Request for Information to conduct market research on industry capabilities for Strategic Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Support Services. The Government seeks feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement, including whether the requirements are clearly defined and consistent with commercial practices. Respondents are also asked to comment on the proposed pricing structure and recommend alternative approaches that support performance-based acquisition. Industry responses will be used to refine the requirement, acquisition strategy, and future solicitation.
