The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking a contractor to design, implement, and administer a demonstration project for a loan guarantee program. This program aims to increase financing for developers and manufacturers of single and multifamily modular homes by reducing perceived lending risks during the manufacturing phase.
