Exyend the due date until 10/30/2024. HUD is requesting the support maintenance renewal of the Oracle and JAVA software licenses listed below, from aithorized resellers. Software maintenance shall include: ? Program updates, fixes, security alerts and critical patch updates. ? Tax, legal, and regulatory updates. ? Upgrade scripts ? Certification with most third-party products ? Major product and technology releases including general maintenance release, selected functionality releases and documentation updates. ? Assistance with service twenty-four (24) hours per day seven (7) days perweek. ? Access to Oracle MetaLink, eSupport portal, BID Portal, Skywire OnlineSupport Portal and ClearApp Support (24X7 web-based customer supportsystem) including the ability to log service requests online. ? Non-technical customer service during normal business hours, normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm EST. ? Invites to free training or webinar conducted by Oracle when new upgrades or new features are available within the licensed application products. ? Single point of contract for support escalations
