221(d)(4) Afforable Housing Training - HUD

Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Notice ID:FHA-2027-016

HUD is conducting market research via a source sought to identify contractors capable of providing a virtual instructor-led training program on FHA Section 221(d)(4) multifamily underwriting and affordable housing finance. The training will strengthen HUD staff’s practical application of underwriting principles and must include materials, live virtual instruction, applied learning activities, assessments, and coordination with the government. The anticipated training duration is approximately six to eight weeks, with about two live virtual sessions per week, each lasting around two hours. Responses to this market research will help HUD determine whether to set aside the requirement for small businesses or use full and open competition, under NAICS 611430. This is a request for information only; there is no solicitation at this time, and the government will not reimburse response costs.
