SFPD is seeking a contractor to provide advisory and program support services. These services will assist SFPD in the development and implementation of single-family lending policies, program guidelines, standards and operating procedures. These services will also allow SFPD to convey policy and guidance on FHA insurance programs to industry partners. These services shall assist SFPD in the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, standards and procedures. Tasks consist of but are not limited to: Reporting Duties; Program Management Support to Address Disruptions; Policy Trend and Data Analysis; and Operations Optimization and Business Process/Technology Alignment.
