The Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP), Section 242 Office of Hospital Facilities is seeking contracting services to provide subscription services for current and historical ratings and financial analyses of American healthcare facilities. The financial subscription pursued provides for the annual access to a web-based portal that provides current and historical ratings and financial analyses of American acute-care hospital facilities. These services will allow the OHP to accomplish its mission of underwriting new applications and monitoring portfolio hospitals in the Section 242 Mortgage Insurance for Hospitals program. The subscription services will also serve as a tool for the general healthcare sector analysis, commentary, and benchmarking: key to both underwriting and asset management risk analysis and mitigation activities. This information helps minimize risk to the insured portfolio which is worth over $6bn financial assets to the federal government. The objective is to secure the services of a Contractor to provide financial subscription support services while avoiding the need for a transition in period or a lapse in services.
