The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Housing and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is issuing solicitation for the acquisition of commercial services publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203. Office of Housing and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is seeking subscription services for access to the GovDelivery email distribution technology system in support of all Office of Housing and Federal Housing Administration programs. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for GovDelivery Email Communication Subscription Services. This requirement is being competed on the GSA Schedule through GSA eBuy https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy as a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) FAR 8.404(a) requirement. Competition and award will only be among GSA MAS contract holders. The Government anticipates a Fixed Price Contract award. The assigned NAICS Code(s) are 519290 ‘Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services” and 513210 “Software Publishers.” The period of performance for this requirement will consist of a base period and four one-year option periods. The closing date for submission of proposals is contained in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (sam.gov) prior to the award of a government contract along with having a current GSA Schedule. Failure to register in sam.gov or be an active GSA Schedule Supply holder will make an offeror ineligible for award. The solicitation will be available on https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy.
