The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Housing intend to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal , Commercial Capital Assessment Projections (CCAP toprovide expert analytical and related services for an internal view of the General and Special Risk Insurance Fund (GI/SRI) and a small portion of the Mutual Mortgage Fund (MMI) and to assist the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to manage the risk of its portfolio of commercial insured mortgage loans. The internal view and risk management is to be provided and accomplished through a series of risk management and financial reports to be known as Commercial Capital Assessment Projections (CCAP). The solicitation will be posted at https://www.sam.gov website on or around February 13, 2023. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The small business size standard is 16.5M. This is a fixed unit price contract. The period of performance is from the effective date of award through 12 months plus four 12-month option periods. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Subpart 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Subpart 19 Small Business Program. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the sam.gov website for issuance the solicitation and amendments to the solicitation.
