The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Housing Counseling (OHC) is seeking Contractor support to develop and maintain a HECM Loan Comparison and Underwriting Tool (HLCUT) for Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) roster counselors with secure online access. The HLCUT shall provide calculations on all types of HECM loan products including cost of origination, servicing, mortgage insurance premium, amortization schedules, total annual loan cost and track responses to required client questions during counseling sessions.
