IPIA AND SAA MONITORING AND INSPECTION SERVICES SOLICITATION NO.: 86615624R00005 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is 86615624R00005 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 are incorporated into this RFP. This requirement is competitive, full and open. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519290 – Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. The period of performance is one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods, if exercised. The type of contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). All materials submitted in response to this RFP should reference the RFP number, 86615624R00005. Please be advised that if your firm submits a proposal, it shall be considered valid for a period of 120 days from the established solicitation closing date. The Government will award a contract made on the basis of the best value tradeoff resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) may award the contract with or without discussions. All proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, June 13, 2024. All interested parties will be required to submit a written proposal in response to the RFP. Proposals must be received no later than the time specified for receipt of proposal to be considered for award. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Single Family Housing Office (SFH) is seeking contractor support services to provide an online electronic policy platform for presenting the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) policies. This platform shall allow HUD to maintain resources in a manner which is consistent with other large mortgage industry counterparts, using a similar format, language, and presentation of materials. Services include providing an online policy platform, training, and project management.
