Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See the Performance Work Statement. Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (09/20/2023 – 09/19/2024) with four 1-year options. The Preservation and Protection (P&P) Cost Estimating Services shall be performed at the Contractor’s site.
