The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: 1) To provide the Government's response to industry questions. The Government's response to industry questions is provided on the Excel spreadsheet dated May 10, 2023. 2) The due date of the solicitation has been extended from May 12, 2023 at 2:00pm EST to May 22, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. 3) Attachment 0003 - Sample Price Breakdown Worksheet with Rates has been deleted in its entirety. ***** The Q&A period has closed and no other questions will be accepted ***** ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this Amendment is to: (1) Extend the Solicitation closing date. Change is as follows: 1). The due date of the solicitation has been extended from May 1, 2023 at 2:00pm EST to May 12, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 – “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. (1) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615623Q00003. (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 December 30, 2022. (3) Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541511 – “Custom Computer Programming Services” with a size standard of $34.0 million. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). (4) Line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are: See RFQ 86615623Q00003 and the pricing schedule. (5) Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See Attachment 0001 – Performance Work Statement. (6) Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (06/26/2023 – 06/25/2024) with four 1-year options. The work shall be performed at the Contractor’s site.
