The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) requires Contractor support to provide legal services to assist with its Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) program. Services shall include document review, preparing memoranda and legal opinions, and any advice and assistance with matters relating to the MBS program, structured finance, and MBS tax law.
