The Contractor shall provide a broad range of Automated Valuation Model (AVM) services in support of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Single Family Housing (SFH). The Contractor shall provide AVM data to the system via real time connectivity. The AVM data supplied to the system shall meet certain standards to ensure that the AVM is fit for the purpose of residential real estate mortgage lending collateral risk assessment. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing system to system services to provide property information including AVM and property information. The system connection will provide complete property information for all the States in the Single Family Housing jurisdiction.
