This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR 13.5 and 19.8. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. (1) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615622Q00007. (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 thru August 10, 2022. (3) Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside for 8a competition. The associated NAICS code is 541611– “Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services” with a size standard of $15M. (5) Description of Requirements for the Services being Acquired: “Single Family Housing Handbook Implementation and Support Services.” See Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement. (6) Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (January 6, 2023 – January 5, 2028) with four 1-year option periods. Performance shall be at the contractor’s site.
