The agency shall make publicly available the justification required by 6.303-1 as required by 10 U.S.C. 3204(f) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(f). This sole source justification in accordance with 6.302-1 is being made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. This is an award notification for Other Than Full and Open Competition using FAR 52.237-3 Continuity of Services to continue Financial Improvement Support under a contract that is vital to the Government and must be continued without interruption and that, upon contract expiration, a successor may continue transition out services for 90 days. This is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals.
