This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. (1). This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615621Q00002. (2). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 dated October 23, 2020. (3). Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside for 8(a) Small business concerns on a competitive basis. 541350 – “Building Inspection Services”/541611 – “Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services” with a size standard of $8M and $16.5M, respectively. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Description of Requirements for the Services being Acquired: See Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement (6). Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period inclusive of a 30-day transition in period (March 1, 2021 – February 28, 2022) with four 1-year options. Perform shall be at various construction inspection tasks at all geographical areas within the continental U.S. (7).
