Amendment 5: Provide Government Response to a vendor question. Amendment 4: Provides Government Responses to vendor questions, includes embedded SOP documents and extends the due date for proposals to 9/16/2024 2PM ET. Amendment 3: Clarifies a vendor question. Amendment 2: Extends the due date for proposals to 9/9/2024 2PM ET. Amendment 1: Provides Government Responses to vendor questions and 2 additional documents for vendor review. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), located in Washington D.C., requires contractors to provide support to service Multifamily (MF) loans. Services shall include servicing Ginnie Mae loans from terminated Issuers and provide support services to extinguish Multifamily (MF) Issuers from Ginnie Mae’s Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) program. A single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and hybrid task orders are anticipated. The anticipated program ceiling is $25,000,000.00 over the three (3) year ordering period (12-month base, 12-month Option 1 and 12-month Option 2). The minimum guaranteed amount for this requirement is $10,000.00 and will be issued as the first task order under each contract for work that is to be performed sometime during the three (3) year ordering period. This requirement is being competed on a full and open or unrestricted basis utilizing the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Types of Contracts supplemented by HUD Acquisition Regulation. The government will utilize a best value trade off process; thus, the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offerors or other than the Offerors with the highest rated. The Government will evaluate proposals to determine the best value to the Government.
