The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires contractor support to provide technical software services for the Single Family Acquired Asset Management System (SAMS). Services shall include Operations and Maintenance (O&M), of SAMS in correlation to the other Housing interface systems. The effort includes project management, analysis, requirements definition, design, development, testing, implementation support, and documentation.
