The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Financial Services (OFS) requires continued Operations and Maintenance system to support the services for management, accounting and collection of HUD Title I debts and other Federal Housing Authority (FHA) “generic" debts. A six month bridge contract is required to avoid a lapse in services until the Debt Collections and Asset Management System (DCAMS) services may be recompeted to establish a new contract. At this time, Leidos Inc., the incumbent, owning the current Debt Collection and Asset Management System (DCAMS), is the only vendor that can provide uninterrupted support. Thus, a bridge contract was established. A copy of the Limited Source Justification (LSJ) is attached.
